when were you born?

I was born in Bonn in 1986, which is a city very close to Cologne in Germany.

where are you from?

I am from Hennef, a small town very close to Cologne. But I tell people I am from Cologne.

what are you doing?

Organizing projects and exhibitions, editing, translating, travelling between Cologne and Stockholm.

what have you done?

I have basically been living all my life in and around Cologne until I came to Stockholm in 2009. Since then I have been studying and working in the North of Europe and have been in between places, mainly Cologne and Stockholm. When I was an intern at Bonniers Konsthall in 2009 I coordinated the exhibitions Runnaway Train and Scene Shifts. Together with a group of filmmakers and researchers in film and art history I have been working with filmscreenings in Cologne over a couple of years now. Within this series I had the honour to present films of e.g. Miriam Bäckström, Saskia Holmkvist, Jennifer Sameland in Cologne. At MAP Mobile Art Production in Stockholm I worked toghether with artist Alex Reynolds. I have been a curator for the CityLeaks Urban Art festival indoor exhibtiion I was here - Being public indoors in Cologne 2013. And at the moment I start to set off a collaboration and exchange between the two institutions Art Lab Gnesta, Sweden and artrmx Cologne, Germany.
